If you having problems viewing or printing documents, some common symptoms should be:

-Document is too small to read
-Can only see the first page
-Cannot print the document
-Can't seem to figure out how to navigate the document

The most common cause of these problems is the Apple Quicktime viewer. The Quicktime viewer does not handle multi-page documents.

We recommend downloading a free document viewer from www.alternatiff.com. Download the ActiveX plugin. It will need to be registered before use.
